Contact

Write to [OWNER INPUT REQUIRED — contact email for data requests]. Include your wallet address and, if it is about a trade, the transaction hash — those two are enough to look anything up on chain.

What support can help with

  • Signing in, or an account that will not open.
  • A coin page, chart, holder count or figure that looks wrong — send the link.
  • Getting your own data, or deleting your account (also in the app, under Account).
  • Reporting a coin, a creator, or a comment.
  • Anything about the app itself: a crash, a layout that breaks, a control that does nothing.

What nobody can undo

FLING is non-custodial. It never holds your keys and never moves your funds: every trade and every launch is a transaction you sign yourself, sent straight to a public blockchain. That has one hard consequence, and it is fair to state it plainly rather than in a policy nobody reads:

  • A confirmed transaction cannot be reversed, cancelled or refunded — by us or by anyone.
  • A coin's price is a market. Losing money on one is not a fault we can repair.
  • Sending tokens to the wrong address is final. Check the address before you sign.
  • If you delete an account whose wallet FLING created for you, the key goes with it. Export it first if anything is held at that address.

Before you write

Every trade, launch and transfer is public: paste your transaction hash into the chain's explorer and you will see exactly what happened, in the same detail we would. If the chain says the transaction succeeded, it succeeded — even when a figure on this site disagrees, which is a bug on our side and worth reporting.
